What’s the shipping policy?

I offer free USPS First Class Package shipping for all US and Canada orders of $100 or more, and worldwide orders of $150 or more. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Package unless other shipping method is chosen during checkout. For expedited shipping, please see options outlined during checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.

 

What is the average order processing time?

Order processing typically takes 2 business days and will ship within 48 hours pending availability. During the holidays, processing time may vary (a holiday cut-off schedule will be available).

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

You will be contacted if you purchase is not currently in stock. In that case, a 4-5 weeks processing time is needed for making your jewelry.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each piece of 12Dalton jewelry comes beautifully packaged in an individual soft pouch and branded box perfect for gifting loved ones and yourself!!  You will be able to leave a gift message at check out in the “Special instruction” filed. 

 

How to track/ check the status of my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once an order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your 12Dalton account

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method selected and delivery location. The estimates are for reference only, exceptions apply, and delivery time is not guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business days

USPS First Class Package: 7-21 business days

DHL Express Worldwide: 2-3 business days

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Before your order is shipped, I will endeavor to accommodate your request. Please be advised that once an order has been shipped, I am unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
